As we've grown, we've broadened our professional expertise as well. Today we have a corporate chef trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. We have a licensed dietician with RD, LD. Our school department is staffed by experts in commodity reprocessing and bidding procedures. Many restaurants have increased their sales by using promotions and custom point of purchase materials developed by our marketing department.
